Mopti- Kotaka 56 km.

"Ieri incontro Salif con famiglia che torna al villaggio dopo il mercato. Mi seguirà durante la navigazione. D'ora in poi si entra nel Delta Interno del Niger con presenza di ippopotami e coccodrilli. Salif conosce molto bene la zona. La trattativa è stata la cosa più faticosa del viaggio. Ci siamo messi d'accordo solo a tarda sera. Oggi navigazione ok, Leonardo kayak non perde un colpo. A Kotaka campo davanti la moschea sul fiume. Ciao"

"Yesterday I met Salif with the family back to the village after the market. He will follow me during navigation. From now on, we will enter in the Inner Delta of Niger with the presence of hippos and crocodiles. Salif knows this area very well. The deal was the most difficult thing of all the journey.
